Documents required for application

Vietnamese:
1. Passport / Identification card.
2. Address proof (identification card / house registration book / temporary resident permit / labour contract).

Foreigners: (resident / non-resident)
1. Passport.
2. Visa.
3. Customs declaration (i.e. the white paper attached in passport) - for foreign currency deposit.
4. Address proof (e.g. house rental contract / utility bill / labour contract / introduction letter from current employer) for mailing
purposes.
